ow ow ow. my eyes are really sore from not getting enough sleep and driving while crying and working too hard...I'm using an eyebright tincture but do you know of anything else homeopathic I can take? It's also because I'm pregnant and often your eyes dry out more during pregnancy. It hurts:(

Hi Raven,

That eye looks so sore and bleary - i sometimes just lie down with a warm wash cloth or warm tea bags on my eye lids. . . . also sometimes just rubbing your hands together till they are warm and then putting them on your eyes gives some warmth and comfort.

May you and your family and your flute be well! Sometimes it takes courage just to live, just to ride these waves of being human - "we can't change the waves, but sometimes we can learn to surf"

warmly, Robin

I'm so glad that robin posted that- thanks for taking care of my friend robin!! :-)

That sounds so frustrating! Crazy looking eye! Does it hurt as much as it looks like it hurts? I would google an alternative health remedy for that... I want you to find something that works. I've heard of the tea bags thing for sties in eyes... hm.

Keep us updated on your news- and how you're doing. You must be mighty pregnant now- only less than three months left, right?

Thanks guys! I'm findin weirdly that cold air and damp makes my eyes feel a bit better - good job I live in Manchester then hey?! - Will try the teabag thing though...I've heard it before as well - something to do with tannin? Also I think a massive vitamin C an B6 and B12 boost would help so am creating food with lots of those vitamins to give myself a chance to fight whatever it is.
Now we all have another tummy bug as well:( flipping heck!!
And just under 10 weeks to go......more on all that later!
