nice and light and fluffy
Because it was raining raining raining we baked some vegan banana and walnut muffins. The baby bird has never done baking before so we did it on the floor so she could really get involved. She loved it and they really didn't taste too bad even though she was stirring the mixture with her whole arm rather than the spoon... She even enjoyed cleaning up afterwards. That's my girl!This is the first half-decent picture I have seen of myself for a long time...my husband took it today. I am happy that he sees me this way...

she was 15 months old on the first of september...but she can do so much more than she is 'supposed' to.
Hey - and we're a trio except I don't post much about my husband as he is a very private guy and I am respecting his nature....
