experiencing a VERY slow first stage of labour...been having contractions since about 8.30am and it's now 7pm. Still, it's managable even if I am knackered. The baby bird was very slow in the first stage too - over 24 hours so I guess I'm in for a long night..

wow Raven- you must have just had one the most eventful and important days/nights of your life...
